S1E7: “James McCracken is a Certified EFT Supervisor and forever-learning Practitioner practicing out of Durham, NC. In this episode he will discuss and demonstrate an EFT self-supervision method that promotes affirmation of the practitioner’s strengths, identifies targets for learning and growth using the EFT “ACES” framework for Supervision/Consultation, and sets up the practitioner to engage in Deliberate Practice of Common Factors & EFT-specific skills as well as make best use of consultation/supervision with an EFT Supervisor or peer learning group.

Welcome to “Leaning into EFT” where participants will get a front row seat observing live therapy sessions unfold with couples, individuals and families. Each episode will feature the work of a different supervisor or trainer, where the therapist will walk us through their session and note key choice points, interventions and share their process and reflections of the session. Join for the entire Season at any time to register for the remaining episodes or pick the episodes that are most interesting to you!
